We serve buffet style providing a variety of our Classic, Neapolitan and Sicilian style pizzas for your guests to enjoy. Along with familiar and seasonal toppings, we are happy to accommodate special requests.

Our Event Options
Set Menu
The hosts will select 4 pizzas from our classics menu, where one can be a specialty (off-menu) pizza designed by the host and a basic cheese pizza is included with the set menu. We can put up a chalkboard sign and/or the host can make a sign to match the aesthetic of the event.

Seasonal Á la Carte
We bring an assortment of our traditional & seasonal toppings and create pizzas on site, with a balance of classics, vegetarian, and create unique on-site combinations. Few pizzas will be the same and guests love the variety! Since these pizzas are made ad hoc, we won’t be able to inform guests what is on all pizzas while we are busy making them for the duration of the event.

General Information
Event minimum is $1,000 which provides 30 -12” pizzas, paper plates, napkins and two hours of on-site service. For more than 50 pizzas we include three hours on-site service. The rate for additional pizzas is $18 each. Additional service time is $100/hr. We charge a fee of $1.50/mile for locations exceeding 10 miles but limited to 50 miles from our Madison location, but we are open to conversation if your event doesn’t fall within these parameters.
We require 2 hours of set-up time prior to events (no charge). Access to electricity is preferred; a generator will be provided, if needed. A $500 deposit is required to secure your date and will be credited on your final invoice. The deposit is 50% refundable within 90 days, and after that, it is not refundable. Payment in full is due at the end of our service time, unless prior arrangements are made. Upon receipt of your contract and deposit, event details will be finalized.

Do we provide GF?
We can but....house made, but not our normal product. Cooks differently etc.

Booking for 100-250 people?
Max single vender is 150 because we can only make 50 pizzas an hour and have your guests wait.

Do we provide tables, linens, servers?
No. we have limited staff and... We serve buffet style outside for more casual settings. We are rebels dotty.
