Yea, its just pizza and yea, it was a funny idea.
Great idea to make really good pizza and grew legs.
It has become our passion to come up with new specials and have that connection and response from our community.
We took this wild idea to the northside farmers market and we are lifted up by the people who were excited and curious to what we were making every weekend that now have become our regulars and our partners in the success of the pizzeria.

Chris and Ale (from Palermo, Sicily) wanted to bring familiar flavors and by nodding loosely to Neapolitan, gives them creative license to expand outside of the rigid parameters of traditional Neapolitan.
With a collective of chefs, who like to play with their food and come up with menus and launch them without trying them. Chances are they are trying them first on the day they start the specials.
Specials are for those who allow us to take risks and bring people along for the ride.
